We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labour laws.
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Assess training needs and organise or deliver training programs.
  • Organise and engage employees in CSR initiatives and activities.
  • Implement and manage a performance appraisal system.
  • Administer payroll.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee holidays and absences.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • High integrity and hands-on approach.
  • Good knowledge of employment and labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
