We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labour laws.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Assess training needs and organise or deliver training programs.
- Organise and engage employees in CSR initiatives and activities.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system.
- Administer payroll.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee holidays and absences.
Competencies:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making aptitude.
- High integrity and hands-on approach.
- Good knowledge of employment and labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
