We receive goods on a daily basis from over 50 suppliers on pallets, in cartons and as single items. Every one of these items is recorded in our warehouse management system as they arrive and confirmations are immediately available for inspection by our suppliers. This information is available online and is accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
All goods are stored depending on their expiry date and LOT number. Stocks are handled on a First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) basis ensuring proper stock rotation. We are constantly monitoring expiration dates so nothing goes out of the door that has an unacceptable shelf life.
With our LOT traceability system we can also guarantee a quick response should a product recall become necessary. We have immediate and accurate information on the number of pieces and LOT numbers on our warehouse shelves as well as on the pharmacy shelves. We are adequately equipped to provide recall notifications to those who need that information and we are fully capable of retrieving the product immediately, no matter where it is.
