When product recalls are required our LOT traceability system allows us to quickly identify where the products are and provides instant notification to our customers. The affected products are collected immediately from the market and on their return to our warehouse are placed in quarantine until arrangements have been made for their disposal. We perform inventory control to account for all the stock and keep you and the authorities fully informed on the progress of the recall.
