Orders are picked using the very latest hand-held devices (PDAs). The use of state-of-the-art PDAs with scanners for barcode recognition ensures that the products picked are exactly what was ordered. This level of sophistication also allows us to automate the invoicing process so what we invoice is an exact reflection of what the customer is receiving.
Orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Whether it is a refrigerated or fragile package, or even a full pallet it is always carefully packed and loaded on to our specialized vehicles to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If it needs to be maintained at 2°C-8°C it will be. If it should not be shaken it will not be. If the package says “This Side Up” it stays the right side up.
