Operators of counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks participated in a 3 day in-company training programme on “The Safe Use of Rider Operated Industrial Counterbalance Forklifts and Reach Trucks” which was partially funded by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA). The training was conducted by Mr Stavros Papaioannou from Uniplant HSTC Training Ltd. The purpose of the programme was to reduce the potential for accidents within the workplace, aid legislative compliance and improve personnel performance and their sense of responsibility. All participants successfully completed the programme and passed a written and practical examination. Participants received a Knowledge and Competence diploma and ID Card.
