At Marathon Distributors we handle over 5,000 products covering everything a pharmacy requires from prescription medicines, vaccines, narcotics, OTC, medical consumables, vitamins and food supplements through to cosmetics, baby products, foodstuffs and veterinary products.

We have the experience and know-how to handle a wide range of products demanding attention to factors such as temperature sensitivity, product security, fragility, flammability and expiry and LOT control.

We offer the expertise to handle your most specialized products such as cold chain pharmaceutical products. We deal extensively with vaccines and other temperature-sensitive drugs, which must be stored and transported at 2°C-8°C. We are conscious that leaving the cold chain, even briefly, can drastically reduce product efficacy and shelf-life so we handle these products with the utmost care and ensure that the strict regulations relating to storage and transportation are uncompromisingly adhered to.

We are also able to handle narcotics and have secured areas in our warehouse for the storage of such products. Narcotics are not only stored separately, the area is secured against access by unauthorized personnel and all stock movements are documented.
